Exceptional! Sure, all the stuff an Agent does beforehand is great. Hotel reservations, shuttle service, tours, etc. But when the Travel Agent notifies the client even before the airline does that the flight was canceled and then spends a Friday afternoon providing options and recommendations to book another flight - that's exceptional service.

Redonna is a rock star! Redonna's coordination of flights to activities to cruise was spot on perfect! She was able to coordinate for 15 individual needs which is totally brilliant.
